Kitrics Digital Nutrition Scale is on sale on Amazon right now for $22.99 - looks like it computes calories, calories from fat, carbs, proteins, fat, saturated fat, fiber, sugars, cholesterol and sodium.  It runs on two AA batteries (included) and would be a great way to weight out portions if you are trying to diet or get healthier.
