 Krispy Kreme has a yummy promotion going on thru February 14th at participating locations.  Buy a dozen doughnuts and get 12 Valentine's cards - on the back of each card is a coupon good for one free doughnut OR one free small hot chocolate or coffee.  That sounds like a really tasty bonus to me!  Check out a list of participating locations here.
